Site Nest Refund Policy

All products and services provided by Site Nest are digital, delivered either as downloadable files or as online, account-based services. By purchasing from Site Nest, you agree to the terms set out in this policy.

Site Nest exclusively supplies digital content and digital services, including but not limited to:

  • WordPress hosting packages
  • Online account-based features

These products are delivered digitally and are typically accessible within 24 hours after purchase.

3. Your Rights Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, all digital content must be:

  • Of satisfactory quality
  • Fit for purpose
  • As described at the point of sale

If any digital product fails to meet these standards, you are legally entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

In addition to your statutory rights, Site Nest offers a 14-day refund period from the date of activation for all digital products and services. This means you may request a full refund within 14 days, regardless of whether the digital content has been accessed or downloaded.

This policy ensures transparency, fairness, and confidence when purchasing from us.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you must submit a ticket through the Support section of your My Account page.

Please include:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • The product or service you wish to refund
  • A brief explanation (optional but helpful)

Once your request is received, our team will review it and process your refund in line with this policy and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request has been approved, Site Nest will process the refund within 7 to 14 working days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. You will receive confirmation once your refund has been issued.

6. Exclusions

Refunds may not be granted if:

  • The request is submitted after the 14-day refund period
  • The product or service has been used in a fraudulent or abusive manner
  • The request relates to a renewal or recurring subscription payment (see Section 7)

7. Subscription Services

For subscription-based services:

  • You may request a refund within the first 14 days of your initial subscription payment
  • Renewals or recurring subscription payments are not eligible for refunds unless required by law
  • You may cancel future renewals at any time by contacting us via the Support Ticket system in your My Account Page
